Transformational leadership style and organizational commitment in pandemic Covid-19

International bank and other monetary institution suffer the most spectacular deterioration because banks are party of mediator between borrowers lenders (Emmons & Neely, 2020) . Banks at heart Euro area crisis (CEPR 2015). During this pandemic many enterprises in financial difficulties, almost all companies borrowed to as part business (Yilmazkuday, In order solve problem, one efforts is increase organizational effectiveness, rising goals effectiveness will be achieved properly. However, act not easy do problems that employee often face organization. Generally, research aims prove empirically about contribution transformational leadership toward commitment. The population employees conventional Semarang city, Central Java province, Indonesia. Random sampling employed obtained 198 respondents. analytical tool used study Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Based on hypothesis show simultaneously idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation individualized consideration variables proven a significant positive effect partially based have influence stimulation no limitation R square value low, which 37.4%. implication importance commitment during COVID-19 outbreak.
